This notice explains how OO Wilson Advocates LLP (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 and the regulations made under it.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), the subject of your enquiry and your message.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies are only set for website administrators who log in.

How we use it

We use the details you send only to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to instruct us, to take steps at your request before entering into an engagement. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox and are not stored in the website’s database. If a submission cannot be completed, the details you entered are kept temporarily (for no more than 10 minutes) so that the form can be shown to you again. We keep enquiry emails only for as long as is necessary to respond to you and to meet our legal and professional obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is accessible only to our staff and to the service providers that host this website and our email, who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
