OO Wilson Advocates LLP is a fast-growing multidisciplinary law firm dedicated to helping our clients address the legal issues that arise in the commercial, economic, regulatory, digital and governance environment.
We specialise in the fields of law at the core of these challenges, including commercial law, property law, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and cross-border trade and investment. We also focus on the innovative, flexible, pragmatic and creative solutions that add value to our clients.

Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial Practice

Wilson has been engaged extensively in litigating matters and negotiating settlements involving various commercial, pensions and insurance disputes, and in policy analysis and drafting bespoke contracts.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Aside from litigation, Ms. Wambui has assisted multiple clients to reach mutually acceptable solutions to complex personal and corporate disputes, while paying attention to their unique needs and sensitive cultural values.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked with the compliance department of the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties, and as a Litigation Associate at Gori Ombongi Advocates.
