Wilson Odhiambo Odhiambo

Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial Practice
Wilson is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with vast knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial practice, commercial litigation and arbitration. He has advised private and corporate clients on real estate, banking and finance law, insurance law, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
He has also been engaged extensively in litigating matters and negotiating settlements involving various commercial, pensions and insurance disputes. Wilson is also engaged in policy analysis and drafting bespoke contracts.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Marion Wambui Githogori

Partner and Head of Conveyancing, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution
Ms. Wambui is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Professional Mediator. She brings a wealth of knowledge in legal audit, industrial relations and labour law, intellectual property and conveyancing.
Aside from litigation, Ms. Wambui has over time assisted multiple clients to reach mutually acceptable solutions to complex personal and corporate disputes, while paying attention to their unique needs and sensitive cultural values.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with the compliance department of the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties, and as a Litigation Associate at Gori Ombongi Advocates.

Edwin Kasaya Makheti

Edwin is a Senior Associate in the firm and serves in the Real Estate and Conveyancing Department. He is a thorough, detailed, efficient and client-centric advocate with superior commercial awareness and excellent litigation skills. He has represented clients in complex commercial disputes with impressive outcomes.
Edwin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Anthony Mugo Nyaroo

Associate
Mr. Mugo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
He has experience in various areas of legal practice and advisory, including criminal law, employment law, constitutional law, intergovernmental relations, tax law, and banking and securities perfection, with particular interest in estate planning, criminal law and governance. His interest in governance and criminal law has seen him actively engaged in research, trainings and legal matters surrounding governance and fraud investigations, both in Kenya and internationally.
His experience, together with his situational analysis and diligence, has helped the firm to offer efficient and effective services to its clients.
